With memories of Smirnoff Experienceâ„¢ Mashup Street, the world’s top music collaboration platform held in Johannesburg in May, still burning strongly in the minds of South African event-goers, Smirnoff has announced that it has secured another global sensation, DJ Sasha, to headline Smirnoff Experienceâ„¢ in Cape Town and Johannesburg this coming July.
No stranger to the South African music scene, Sasha last toured Johannesburg and Cape Town in February 2009 when over 8000 fans experienced the unique sound delivered by the British producer who remains one of the world’s most popular dance acts.
“We are really excited to welcome Sasha back to South Africa and we are sure that Smirnoff Experience fans will enjoy this event tremendously.”

In Johannesburg, Smirnoff Experience, with Sasha, hits the decks on the outside dancefloor at Truth in Midrand. A massive line-up is planned across four dance floors, including three additional international acts: Franky Rizardo from the Netherlands, Federico Molinari and Barem, both from Argentina.
They join a strong South African DJ line-up that includes Roger Goode, Roger D’Lux, Ricardo Da Costa, Pimp Squad, Louis, Speedy, Morgan and Eddy Virgo, to name a few. Tickets can be bought through Computicket, and fans are urged to reserve their space at Smirnoff Experienceâ„¢ Cape Town and Johannesburg as soon as possible, as space is limited. Tickets are limited to the 18-and-over market.
There seems to be no limit to the talent and abilities that Sasha has and South Africans can brace themselves for a performance that will transport them to a new musical space!
