The success of a party, birthday, wedding or any event is based on one simple factor: Did people have a good time?

Having a Master of Ceremonies (MC) is the key to ensuring that your party is remembered long after it’s over…. for all the right reasons! You need a strong communicator that can control how people feel. You need a joke, story, game, quote or humorous comment at the right time to make every moment special. As your MC it is my duty to make sure that your guests love every moment of your formalities.

What started out as a simple favour for my aunt has rapidly turned into a life passion for me. When my aunt asked me to MC my uncles 60 birthday, 20 minutes before it started, I did what any rational, clear minded 16 year old would do, I said whatever came to my mind!

Fortunately for me (and everyone that attended) what came from my mind, was extremely funny and entertaining. Fast forward several years since and I’ve been blessed to MC just about every function you can imagine: Parties, Weddings, Corporate Functions, Christmas Parties, Fun Days, Spiritual Programs, Baby Showers, Graduation’s you name it, I’ve probably done it.

My passion for people combined with love of communication helps me connect with an audience in a way that ensures everyone has a good time. Please enjoy browsing my website, I look forward to making your next event special.

At 16 I hosted my first party, by accident, actually; My aunt asked me to MC about 20 minutes before my Uncles 60th birthday could start! Incredibly, it was an amazing success, friends and family raved about how hard they laughed and what a great time they had. 

At 18 I was invited to MC the UKZN Speech and Audiology Ball, it went well and so I was invited to host the function the following year. 

In December of that year I hosted the year end Christmas party for a large Telecoms Company.  

By 19 I hosted my first wedding and in the years since then I have been the Master of Ceremonies (MC) at dozens of functions. Everything from Birthdays, Parties, Weddings, Spiritual functions, Fun days and just about any event you can imagine!

My aim at every event is simple: Make sure people have a really good time and secondly to personalize every function. Getting to know the people or organisation is important to me. While most events have similar itineraries NONE are ever the same.

During my time as an MC I developed very strong speech and presentation skills, which has helped tremendously in other aspects of my life. At a moments notice I can create a speech or presentation on just about any topic, give me a bit more time and I’ll have a polished gem. Helping other people do great speeches and present well is a huge passion for me.

My Life outside of Public Speaking: 

Since completing my degree in Computer Engineering, I have enjoyed the challenge of working as a Business Analyst at various telecoms companies. The corporate environment truly offers unlimited opportunities for growth.
