Wesley H`s Dj career started nearly 15 years ago in his hometown of Kimberley at a small establishment known as Blam City Disco. This mobile disco travelled all around the Northern Cape and Free State provinces giving Wesley the platform he needed to play for many different cultures and races which in turn gave him the musical foresight which today has made one of the most sought after Deep house Dj`s in the Johannesburg Metropolitan area.
After 4 years this experience would cause Wesley to break out on his own and open his DJ school called Dj culture which brought about a new awareness of music and the role of a Dj at parties throughout the Kimberley area. News of Wesley`s skills spread fast and before long he was playing at every major club in Bloemfontein and Kimberley showcasing his immense talent to massive crowds at all kinds of events.
Soon thereafter Wesley`s love for music saw him tackle bigger projects where he would move to Johannesburg playing alongside Kenny Maistry, Dj Fresh, Charlie B, Bad Boy, Lady Lea, Ricardo Da Costa, Mark Stent and Dj Terrance to name but a few. By this point Wesley was not only Djing but organising his own events from the clubbing scene to massive open air parties showcasing some of South Africa`s best up and coming talent as well the most established names in the business.
As Wesley`s name became well known his Dj career would be taken to new heights when an opportunity would arise for him to travel overseas to work and study through the Red Bull Dj academy. For over a year he would continue to grow as a Dj increasing his knowledge and further extending his musical insight playing abroad at clubs such as Melkweg and Bulldogs. Soon thereafter moving back to Johannesburg]=, becoming the resident Dj of News Cafe in Meyersdal which again saw him playing alongside some big names such as DJ Fresh, Lady Lea and Craig De Sousa.
Wesley H`s love and passion for music is evident on all the dance floors that he continues to fill night after night making him not only a master at manipulating deep soulful music but also a veteran in the art of keeping dance music alive and kicking in the hearts of all his faithful followers.
