Dj Warwick French started DJing in 1997 and by March 1998 his funky style earned him success into his first residency at SA's top club, DNA in Pretoria SA .

Playing at the submission and decompression Sunday parties held at DNA. Guest slots at Blackflys events and others party’s around Joburg became a common event.

In April 2000, he became a resident at Joburgs next super club TRUTH (Midrand) also pumping the SUNDAZE events held on Sundays. DJ Warwick French has since filled dance floors around Joburg. Taking his fresh and funky sound to KZN Durban legendary club 330, 9bar (pmb) then moving on to Empangeni in 2001, joining up with Earl Baillache bringing funky parties to the towns of Richards bay , Mtunzini and Empangeni, whilst keeping his name big up in Joburg . Warwick started working his way along the coast, taking his funky groove to Port Elisabeth playing mad production events.

In 2007 Warwick relocated to Ponta D’ Ouro Mozambique. Introduced the French magic to Ponta by creating the hippest dance club, Pintos Place. In April 2009 the brand Aurora was created in Ponta, now is held at two ponta venues, events take place in holiday seasons Kaya Kweru where we do sundown session and Pintos Place the night club of Ponta. Also in 2009 Warwick took his funky sound to Maputo playing guess slot at clubs around Maputo, including Sasas, Docks, Mafalalabre, Coco nuts.

Warwick still plays in clubs around Joburg, Truth (oven 10 years of service) and has had guest slot at Sugar, Nicci beach, amongst other big names. Returning to natal, Durban, he has held guest slots at Origin (uber cool events), Traxx, Joe cools, Lavida, Tuca Zulu, Backline Margate. Always heading back to Ponta for his Aurora parties over the holiday seasons. Hosting chilled out sundown session at Kaya kweru and exploding the dance floor at Ponta's Pintos place, ending the year at the massive Beach bar party with Dj Small Paul and big name guess Djs, attracting thousands of funky party animals. Then starting off the years on the 1st of January with the Ponta beach parties, keeping the party rocking with Back coffee, Warwick French seeing the sunrise over Mozambique's white beaches with the sunrise sets.

Warwick French is able to please all crowds playing from commercial to his own Funky laid back house style that has made plenty parties carry on well into the following day.
