About The Prezident

Winn-Yam Ayessaki also known as The Prezident is one of the latest musical sensation off the Nelson Mandela Bay shores. His love for sound allows his sets to vary from Electro-House all the way down to RnB/Hip-Hop.

In the short period he has been a Disc Jockey, he has been able to home his skills at various well-established nightspots, where he was able to play alongside local luminaries such as Fresh and Euphonik.

In 2009, he released an underground mix-CD entitled The Prezident's House, with the song Rock Boys which became a smash hit on all the dance floors that he rocked, and with Paycheck that made it onto the Euphonik's My House show on 5FM with excellent comments from DJ Cleo. The following year, he produced Ayeye, a vibrant afro-pop record for South African pop star group Jamali for their fourth studio album Toxic Candy.

The Prezident is currently working on various projects across the continent and beyond and just signed to Andasoul Publishing.
