About RMB
RMB aka Rick Michael Bergmann is a Trance and House DJ / Producer / Remixer, as well as founder of rising independent dance music label Stereo FX. Rick plays a unique, driving and exciting sound designed to give any dance floor an ultimate journey experience. His recent events at Ministry of Sound (London), Pacha (London), Kanya (Ibiza), and Holi One Colour Festivals (London & Manchester) proves he is a rising star in the UK club scene.
In 2006 Rick set up his label Stereo FX from his Recording Studio, and released his first 4 EP's, soon finding support from the Flash Brothers which lead to signing a remix from Shmuel Flash & Huge-A, released on vinyl in March 2007. His vision for the label was simply to promote potential young artists and offer them the opportunity to step into the Dance Music Scene. Rick has seen the success of some of his early artists who started their music career with Stereo FX, such as Vinayak ^A, Frangellico, Mazzr, NDS & Blue, and Federico Monachesi. Rick provided remixes for their releases, well supported by popular Argentine DJ Gerardo Boscarino. All releases were regularly play-listed on Radio’s such as Frisky Radio & Proton Radio. In mid 2009 Rick relocated to London, soon finding a residency for all ILOVEMYDJ events, and guest appearances at London's top nightclubs including Ministry of Sound, Pacha, Arcadia, Gigulum and Grind Night Club, which then lead to 2 Live Radio interviews at Hoxton FM and Kane FM (Jazzy M Radio Station). In July 2012 Rick made his debut gig in Ibiza, rocking a pool party at Kanya, San Antonio. 2013 has been a huge progression as Rick has had the pleasure of working with big names in the International Trance scene such as Solis & Sean Truby, Wellenrausch, Mark Sherry and Stephen Kirkwood, all providing remixes & mastering for Stereo FX. He released his own remix "TM Project -- Croire (RM Bergmann Remix)" which got high up in the Remix Rotation charts at #27, released together with a massive Solis & Sean Truby Remix. Recent Stereo FX releases have found support from DJ’s such as 4 Strings, Max Graham, John ‘00’ Fleming, Paul Oakenfold and Markus Shulz to name a few. The top Stereo FX release “After Effect – Amplitude (Wellenrausch Remix)” was featured in Markus Shulz Global DJ Broadcast earlier this year. Continuing his rise as a DJ, Rick got his first stage event in August at London’s first Holi One Colour Festival, opening the stage for over 3000 people, which lead to opening the stage for Manchester Holi One festival for over 2000 people, and will continue to play for Holi One in 2014. RM Bergmann is currently working on a new Progressive Trance project which features vocals from Nicole Sky (International Singer & Songwriter), which has the potential to be a huge track for early 2014.
