Andy started off as a stand up comic (April 2007) working various venues around Johannesburg and Pretoria. Over the past 3 years Andy has been invited for auditions for TV commercials, done voice overs and MC'ed various events.

In 2008 Andy MC'ed the semi finals and finals of the News Café DJ in the mix competition. He also appeared in an award winning music video with fellow comedian Chris Forrest. Andy founded and ran 2 comedy venues. In 2009 Andy again MC'ed the semi finals and finals of the News Café DJ competition. Also this year Andy recorded a voice over for a DVD that was played to thousands of visitors at a hosting expo in Sandton. Andys offers his services as a host for corporate events, functions and social gatherings. With having a background in comedy Andy can handle any crowd in most situations.
