After practicing their craft in their hometowns of Pretoria & Cape Town, 3 Music loving individuals came together and formed a band called The Centrefolds in February 2009. After 2 years of playing together they decided that something was missing and they then decided to add 2 new members, all the way from Mafikeng, to complete their sound.

The Centrefolds is a 5- piece rock band that hails from Pretoria South Africa.

Ryan (Vocals), Luke (Lead guitar), Robert (Rhythm & backing vocal), Nico (Bass & backing vocals) & Christo (Drums & backing vocals).

Some of the bands main influences include AC/DC, Foo Fighters, Jet & Kings of Leon. The Centrefolds is an Alternative Rock band. Their music has been described by many of their fans as dynamic, innovative and fresh -- always pushing the rhythmical and melodic boundaries within music.
