Lloyd
started his career in the music industry 10 years ago playing at some of the top clubs and events in South Africa. Over the past few years he has played alongside some of the finest internationals and local talent. Lloyd’s music production includes the tracks ’’VIP’’ & ‘’Station 1’’ available on Chameleon Muzik. His recent partnership with singer/songwriter Alicia has proved to be a huge success.
Alicia
has been playing guitar since the age of 15, developing her song writing skills and her passion for music. At the age of 18 she participated in Sun International entertainment competitions which gave her exposure on DSTV’s Channel, Kyknet. In 2005 Alicia started touring with the First National Bank Rocking Future Road Show and the Opel Rocking Future Road Show playing the role of presenter and vocalist. Performing over 205 shows over an 8 month period and seeing 35 000 teens, gave her the opportunity to showcase her talents.
With Lloyd on decks and Alicia on vocals, this duo promises to rock any venue. Alicia covers songs like Fragma’s “Tocas Miracle”, Delerium’s “Silence” and even Madonna’s “Vougue” while Lloyd mixes behind the decks. This dynamic duo is set to light the dance music scene on fire! Each performance consists of a 2 hour set with Alicia performing 6 – 8 songs.
