And possibly more than anything else underlining Marcel’s diverse nature, 2008 saw him become the only DJ ever to play the White AND Black Edition Sensation parties in one season.
The time Marcel’s not spent DJing around the world promoting his sound, he’s spent locked in the studio working on his unique sounds. His ‘Everything’ charted #1 in early 2010 across all major download stores including Beatport, and follow-ups ‘The Bottle’ and ‘Tomorrow’ also topped charts and playlists. Rare remix projects like his official rework of Tiësto ‘Escape Me’ and his underground bootlegs of Zombie Nation ‘Kernkraft 400’ and Danny Tenaglia ‘Music Is The Answer’ caught the attention of virtually every festival goer this past year.
