About Lloyd

Lloyd has certainly made his mark in the dance music industry. Being based in Johannesburg, his success and determination always show in his DJ sets. He has played at some of the biggest and best clubs in South Africa.
Lloyd's music choice makes him extremely versatile. You will often hear a mixture of house genres in his pumping sets, which include a combination of tech house, commercial house, electro house, progressive and house styles.
He has been DJ'ing since 1999 and has held residencies at many clubs, such as, Ku De Ta, Groovebar, ESP, Malabar, Sova Lounge and 180 Degrees.
Lloyd is also a music producer and to date has released two tracks, namely "VIP" and "Station 1" which have been remixed by top artists such Paul Bingham, Tommy Vuitton & Ryan Riback. You can find these tracks at beatport.com
He has also played along side top international DJ's such as Sebastian Ingrosso
Armin Van Buuren, Brian Cross, Sharem Jay, Lisa Lashes, Marco V, Steve Angello, Dave Armstrong, Micky Slims, Ian Carey, 4 Strings, BK, Lisa Lashes and DJ Isaak proving his versatility and skill behind the decks.

Coming together as a duo, "DJ Lloyd featuring Alicia on vocals" is a singer/DJ combination that's energetic and fresh. When listening to this duo, it's easy to understand why they attract the masses.

PASSION PARTIES
Passion was founded in May 2007 by DJ Lloyd when he took the initiative to host his own events. Following the successful execution of Passion's 1st birthday event that took place on 31 May 2008, the results are evident. The party attracted an astounding 900+ clubbers! Creating value, vibe and quality parties describes Passion best, it simply works!!!
