About Jevon O'Donovan

Jevon is currently a freelance trumpeter making his warm, easy-sounding trumpet music available to corporate events, private functions, recording studios, theatre productions and SA bands.

Due to his versatility as a trumpeter, he has involved himself in many fields of music, from performing in various Barnyard Theatre productions, being a member of one of South Africa’s popular Punk-Rock band: Fuzigish, to gospel, classical and now focusing on Ambient Lounge.

His unique trumpet sound, stage presence and artistry have been sought after by names such as Jason Hartman, Emmanuel Castis, Garth Taylor and Danny K. As a classical player he has performed with world renowned concert organists such as Jane Parker-Smith and Clive Driskill-Smith.
