I started To Dj when I was 15, but it was all on a laptop (Tracktor DJ studio, Atomix and Virtual Dj etc.), doing private parties and small events in my area, and at that time it was all kinds of music genres, I didnt have a specific type of genre that I focused on.

Last year (2009) in February, I got the opportunity for the first time in my life to play on decks at the Stones in Hartbeespoort (They closed down at the beginning of August). They had cdj200s and a DJM600 mixer, I enjoyed it so much playing on it that I’ve never played on a notebook again ever since. I started to build a passion for all kinds of genres of house music, and got my sense for crowd vibe control into perfect shape.
I have done a lot of huge parties for them there. I even made a demo album for the one UV party that we had there.

I’m the type of Dj that like to mingle with my crowd making everyone feel part of the party, I have the ability to adapt my music to the type of crowd that I have, even if it is not my main style of music. I’m also not the type that does it just for money, I do it coz I enjoy it, to a DJ, that feeling that you get when a crowd enjoys your music. Unfortunately I’m not a fulltime DJ, I do it after hours as a passion and as a hobby. During the day time I work for Look & Listen as an internal IT technician.
